The attractive market town of Jedburgh is situated on the main A68 in the southeastern corner of Scotland, located 10 miles from the border with England, and just over an hour’s drive away from Scotland’s vibrant capital Edinburgh. The house has tremendous links to Scottish heritage, once used as a stop for Bonnie Prince Charlies horses on his ill-fated trip south in 1745. The house was also home for a period to one of Robert Burns’ muses – Miss Jean Cruickshank.
